Preschool Teacher — Discovery Point Lutz

Discovery Point Lutz is looking for Preschool Teachers who show up with energy, lead with heart, and genuinely light up around little learners. What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Leading hands-on activities, circle time, crafts, and play-based learning
- Helping little learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Surviving glitter explosions with grace and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Genuine love for working with children
- Team player mentality — we're all in this together
- DCF 45 Hours preferred (or willingness to complete)
- CDA/Staff Credential a plus for lead positions
- Childcare or preschool experience preferred, but personality matters most

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
