Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles to support each child’s growth academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence
- Monitor and assess children’s development and progress
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents and families
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain high program standards
- Support children’s social-emotional development through positive guidance techniques
Qualifications:
- CDA, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background screening and meet state licensing requirements

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
